The mission of the Women's Health Project is to help women who suffer from trauma and addictions and to better understand the impact of violence and drug and alcohol abuse on women's lives. Founded in 1994, the professional staff at WHP conduct research and provide counseling and treatment services. The Women's Health Project is part of St. Luke's - Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York. St. Luke's - Roosevelt Hospital Center is a university hospital of Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons and is a member of Continuum Health Partners. |
